Manual Stretches vs ADS

I am doing 10-15 minutes of manual stretches in my program.
I read about people who use an ADS for like 6 hours a day!
I am not so fond of using an ADS. I am afraid of some injury so I prefere the manual exercises.

How much more are the results form an ADS compared to manual exercises?
I mean for the one you have to “invest” 5-6 hours a day and in the other 15-20 minutes a day. If the results are not like 3 times more I am not sure its worth it…

If you ignore the gains from better EQ I think that I have gained something like 0.5” in length for the time I am doing PE. (less than a year)
Is this the maximum (or something near it) I could get from manuals and inescapably I will have to go to ADS or weigth hanging if I want more?

Same goes for girth? Gains from jelqing stop at some point and you got to go “hardcore” using some device? (I got Bathmate but I now start to understand why people say that not having a gauge is a disadvantage….)

Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

Imo you should consider ads as manual stretches enchancers, rather than something battling against.

Both jelqing and manual stretches can be made very intense.

There’s a good possibility you can gain more length with a proper routine (use of fulcrum etc..).

Why would you want to limit yourself by taking any exercise off the table! For length Manual, ADS, and hanging sould be used to enhance each other not compete. On a second note, some people just respond better to different exercises so you may Ned to experiment to find what’s best for you.
