Hey guys, I’m curious, do you think it is a good idea to stick to basic manual stretches for as long as it takes to gain 2 inches? Also, can anyone explain how intense you should stretch? Thanks.

I think that doing only manual stretches for 2” would take a long time. Try jelqing and hanging also.

Stretch hard enough so that you feel a good stretch at the base, but not so hard that it is uncomfortable.

I’ve been doing the manual stretch about six months already. And I gained an inch from OK grip stretching.

Are most of you guys sore after each stretch and jelq session?

It IS possible to gain 2 inches from manual stretching. I recently posted pictures (see link below) spanning three years. I started out really small, so I believe it takes longer because you have less tissue to work with. If you have an average size to start out, you probably can reach it in less than three years.

Start: (6-27-03/at age 45) 3.75" BPEL, 4.75 EG". Current: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG ... Update (2/2010): My current love doesn't want me any bigger... can you believe it? So, I've decided to take a break from PE. But I'm still happy to inspire people and respond if you contact me.

I cannot comment on how many are sore after a workout. Depends on what they put in.

Being sore means you’ve had a good workout. But then remember that there is a thin line between being sore and being injured. So exercise caution. Never push your limits.

CrazyEight! I think you can get 2 inches just from stretching. I dont know how long its going to take though. Hanging is nothing more than “handsfree” stretching where you get to increase the workload slowly.

My routine is mainly focused on manual stretching. I think it might take a little longer without jelqing.

Would it be possible to lose girth from manual stretching that long without Jelqing?

Are you talking about your natural girth or girth gained from PE?

If you have not cemented your PE girth gains then you may lose some of it over time. How much you’d lose is something I cant tell. Some people may never lose anything.

After conditioning your unit for a few months, try light hanging. I utilize an ADS with a vacuum hanger (Max-vac) and friggin love it.
