Hi, guys!

I´m doing my NR (Newbie´s Routine) for 3 weeks and I still have some difficulty doing stretches. I´ve 2 problems and 1 question:

1 - Since I´m circumcised I just don´t know where to grab before the glans, if I pull my skin back or with the skin not pulled back…! Either way it hurts. With the skin pulled back my glans hurt because of the way I grab (I do like the video), but with the skin not pulled, when I stretch the skin is strained it also hurts…!

So, I am doing something wrong or is this normal?

2 - I always begin to get erect during stretches. Is that bad for the exercice?

My question is: - will “grabing zone” near the glans get the girth smaller?

1. Grab right below the glans. Use some baby powder on your hands also. If it still hurts try to use something for a lighter grip like silk or a soft towel.

2. Its better to be completely soft. If you start getting hard stop till you are soft again, pinch yourself in the leg No porn during stretches! I find comedy works good while stretching to keep the mind of sex.

There should be no issues with “the grabbing zone”

You’ll probably need to condition yourself too. If it still hurts, don’t grab/pull so hard. You might just have to slowly work up to a good pull. It took me a while to get good pulls (although my problem was because my hand got so tired).

I’ve now been doing PE 1 week and stretching is starting to get easier. I’ve had the same problems as you man. Sometimes I’ve jelqed before stretching, it helped by not completely. Sometimes if it’s hard to grip I use the towel like retsnom mentioned. It’s starting to get easier and my penis is now starting to stretch more then before. So I think it’s working.
