Hey guys newbie here.

I have been doing the newbie routine for the past couple of months. However, I noticed on the descriptions for manual stretches that one should always pull the foreskin back as far as it can go before doing stretches. I have partial phimosis ( I can only pull it back when soft) and I found it difficult to do this when stretching. So is it possible to still make gains with the foreskin over the head when stretching?

The limiting factor would probably be whether or not you can get good stretch in your tunica with your foreskin forward, or if your skin goes really tight before you can get the stretch into the tunica. Does that make sense? Those of us who are circumcised can face the same problem—not enough shaft skin left to get at the tunica with stretches.

You can work to relieve your phimosis with manual techniques as well. This can be done in conjunction with a steroid cream applied to the phimotic portion of your foreskin. It’s a gradual process, just like PE, whereby you gently stretch the foreskin opening with your fingers.

I was in a similar position but after doing some foreskin stretching pre PE I can now retract. It’s not perfect but its getting there and I think PE is helping to retract it further.

Being circ’ed at birth I don’t have a clue about the foreskin. I’m thinking I may have to learn more as mine is grown a lot in the past month. I have to stay back from that area when dry jelqing as it swells up the foreskin that is growing. It only shows when I’m flaccid. I’m one of those growers. If my dick is really cold the head is half retracted. :)

Thanks for the answers! I’m really not too sure if I’m getting a good stretch on my Tunica though haha. I do feel tension at the base of my penis when I stretch though.

That’s your ligs it’s what you want:)

I pretty much have the same problem, though I don’t have the foreskin problem. I’m not too sure if I’m stretching the skin, or if it’s the tunica…as I’m new to this, I don’t really know the difference. But as you said, “..feel tension at the base of my penis when I stretch”, that’s what I feel too. So I guess it is possible to stretch with the foreskin not pulled back. Hopefully it’s working! :)
