Hey guys

I’m new with jelqing so I have some questions that I need answers on! (Searched a little on the forum but didn’t find the answers for it)

I’m following the newbie routine and wondering how long the pauses is between the stretches? Stretching 30 seconds and how long should I pause between the stretches?

The next question is my biggest issue. During sex and masturbating I ejaculate way to fast! Have never hold over 1 minute during sex while I’m sober. Whats your solution to that? Masturbating everyday for over 15 minutes without porno, you think its the best solution for this? Any advices?

Masturbating after doing the newbie routines ain’t a good thing to do?

As I am changing the direction of the stretches I do not rest between because the following stretch will stress different ligaments.

As for early ejaculation: why not try edging? This helps for sure. And reducing porn is certainly good too.

And masturbation after (not before) PE training is mostly recognized in here as unproblematic.

I agree with Richard I don’t think you need to rest if you are changing the direction of the stretch. I also have an early ejaculation problem and I edge after every other PE session I do. That would be the best solution for you.

I know this sounds crazy and I haven’t been doing this but a few days. I find that my newbie workout works best in a warm shower. I get the water hot enough that I can warm up, but I keep the water going so that its a little too hot to get a full blown erection. If I start to get too excited, I stop for a few seconds and let things calm back down. This was my second morning and it was a lot better than yesterday. I never got a full blown erection or to the point that I even thought about shooting a load.

Part of why lots of guys swear by PEing in the shower or bath.
