I have problems doing manual stretches because my unit is too firm and it is VERY hard to stretch (even good warm and moderate pressure up wont make any difference) and my unit always retract. Using ADS for a week 2on/1off 20 min day caused that my FLS has temporary decreased. Another anomaly is that my BPFSL is about 1.5” inch shorter than my BPEL. I haven’t seen anyone here having such a big difference between BPFSL and BPEL.

So ATM i’m on my routine for 2.5 months and it consist only from jelqs, but i would love to add stretches or other length exercise to my routine. Any ideas?

My BPFSL is larger than my BPEL.. But why your concern about this? I think the ADS must be wear every day. Not 2on/1off.

And about the stretches, have you tried stretching like behind the legs, like this one: BTC Stretch

I found that with this kind of stretches, and relaxing, the penis stretches a lot more and easily stays flaccid, which is what you want.

Retraction, that will disapper with the time. Your penis is very reactive. The only adjustement is needed is to stretch gently, using heat, and add force very progressively over the course of next months.

Very firm, hard to stretch…what does that means, exactly? Do you get a bad feeling? Your penis becomes kinda ‘had flaccid’? Explain this.

The other anomaly isn’t a problem either: it could just depend on the shape of your penis or glans elasticity. No relation with possible PE gains.

My flacid is kind of firm most of time making it hard to stretch (i can stretch it from 3” to 4-4.5”max and it is uncomfortable), rarely is my flacid fluffy and that is time when im able to stretch it much easier to 5” without any discomfort, but even than after 1-2 30 second sessions my flacid become firmer again. Well i m trying not to stretch that hard to get bad feeling.

Not at all.Its not firm like when erected.

Ok. Then ease up on stretching, you were using too much force. Your penis hasn’t a problem with stretches per se, since when you get an erection the penis is stretched too; your penis has a problem when pulled with too much force - that’s quite normal.

i’ll give it a try. thanks for advice
