Manual stretch - hand as a fulcrum

Hi guys,

I’ve been lurking around here for a while and made a few posts.

I’ve recently got really committed to PE and have decided to target length through manual stretches first. I’m cut and have quite a small flaccid girth and have such been struggling to get grip and tension.

I’ve recently drifted into gripping the whole penis in my hand and then rolling my wrist it increase the stretch. The lower knuckle of my thumb seems also to cause mid shaft tension as well as significant base tension.

I haven’t made any measurements yet so I’m not sure how effective this will be but, on the assumption that what I’m doing isn’t new, I wondered if any guys out there also did this and, if so, is it an effective stretch.

I’ve tried to do a search but am probably no good at choosing the right keywords.

Personally, I cant say I have heard mention of it before. Most of the stretches use grips just below the glans, so I presume that you are gripping much more in the mid shaft area, and probably targets the tunica more than the ligs.

Do you do the standard stretches with this routine? In fact, what is your complete routine?

Stu do you use an overhand or underhand grip?

And after, let’s say, a stretching session of between 10 to 20 minutes, do you get any pain below the glans?
