Manual stretch and jelq
In my first month of PE I have gained about 1/8 of an inch, maybe a little more. I was wondering if I continue with just manual stretching and jelqing will I continue to see gains? I don’t wanna down anyone, but those hanger things don’t look too cool to me, and I don’t plan to try one as I am scared to hurt myself.so what do you guys think, can I make it to my goal of 8bpel x 6eg?
Currently I am 61/2bpel and 51/4 eg
Some suggestions and additions to my routine (warm up in shower while stretching about 15-20 mins, then 300 jelqs) would be greatly appreciated. I really want length first then girth.
