Manual PE vs Stretchers which works best

I am on the fence about continuing to manually stretch or getting a stretcher. I purchased the Maxextender but it was so uncomfortable that I dumped it I am thinking about getting the auto extender but I am wondering if I will just be wasting more money. Any feed back on this will be greatly appreciated.

It just depends one the individual. You might want to do a little of both. Some manuals and some extender. That is how I gained about my first inch was through a “quick” newbie routine, a lot of kegels and jelqing, and 6-8 hours in an extender per day. Just play around with it and see what works for you everybody is different. Once you start to gain it will be all worth it,

Are you saying that you used, essentially, an ADS, as a Newbie, with no ill effects?

Yes that is what I’m saying. I didn’t know better really. I bought the extender before I really found PE. Then I found MOS. Then thunders.

I guess the question is what would the gains have been without the ADS?

I haven’t really seen anyone recommend as ADS to Newbies, but in the Conditioning, Deconditioning and IPR thread is seems that there are similarities in Newbies and those on an IPR program.

I am hoping that someone can clue me in on why an ADS is bad, or atleast not actively recommended for Newbies, but proscribed for those on IPR?

Considering that most on IPR take a decon break of about 2 months (give or take), then begin a fairly intense program including an ADS which doesn’t allow the penis to retreat with many hours of daily ADS, but it is said that anyone who hasn’t been PE’ing for 3 consecutive months is a Newbie?

These two thoughts seem to contradict one another? If someone understands this better than I do, I would appreciate being directed to a link, if there is one.

Thanks for the feedback guys Tivase you use alot of abbreviations I’m not familiar with. Is there a link that explains these things or what. I have been doing manually PE but did feel a better stretch from a ADS. And is kegels working out your BC muscle?
