Ok so I’m going to stop using my pump and do manual PE only. I’m just about 10 months into PE and have pumped, jelqed, stretched. I want to stop pumping because of the red dots and discoloration. So my question is can someone please recommend a manual only routine, with duration of exercise and schedule? A routine that has produced results would be great! I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

What I can recommend at this point is a long decon first. Then back to the newbie with adjustments to meet what you can handle.

Are you the guy I kept telling to ditch the BM? If so it needs to be a long decon, at least two months maybe more.

I do a simple manual routine

10 min stretching:
-jai directional for a few min
-longer hold stretches for a few min
-fulcrum stretch over thumb for 2 minutes

10 min jelqing and squeezing
-warm up with jelq
-3x uli type squeezes (Meg expansion)
-3x ‘flute?’ squeezes driving blood towards the head and forcing blood up the CS.

Jelqs in between everything

About 20 seconds hold on the squeezes.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.
