Hi I am Kind of new to manual stretches, Except for Jelquing and a few to hit the Ligs. I was wondering if Anyone here could tell me some really good ones for length that will hit the Tunica and not the Ligs. I have a low LOT, So I want to raise it. I am doing some OTS hanging and OS with my hanger. But I want some good manual excersises incorporated into this. Any any tips/strategies anything that really could help me because I am completely cluess. I will continue reading and trying to find out what I can though. Thanks!

In tutorials there is an effective exercise for the tunica the jelq squeezes. This is mostly for girth but length come from it to. Be sure your properly ready for it. I think one should warm up,stretch,jelq then jelq squeeze to get the penis adapted for the jelq squeeze session.

You may want to try out V-stretches where you bend the dick while you stretch to stretch along the bend. One good way is to stretch over the wrist of the other arm.

And “A” stretches which are an upside down “V”stretch.

I’ve been told that fulcrum hanging is also very good for hitting the tunica.

So how do you do fulcrum hanging exacly? I tried to read and understand it, But never could.

You also want to do a lot of “high” stretching (well above your LOT) - especially stretches above 10 o’clock or so. This virtually takes the ligs out of the picture, hitting the tunica almost exclusively.

Also, try to grip your unit as near the tip as you safely can; whereas, when stretching low for ligs, it doesn’t matter if you’re gripping your entire penis.

I really like the way Memento did his V-stretching, over a canister placed on top of the toilet seat, between his legs, in front of his balls, under his shaft. Place the canister (typical cream jar, hair goo jar that is not too high - 2-4 inches and maybe 4 inches in diamter) on it’s round side, so that the top and bottom are vertical against your legs. Pull dick over, grab with straight arms and lean down.

Kingpole you only got Girth gains from this routine? No length? Were you doing it exacly how he said with morning and evening?

Yuk. I’ve never understood the need for people to stretch while on the toilet. It’s like taking reading material into the toilet, something you don’t do.
