Hi!
I started PE three months ago. I haven´t seem much gains for the first 2 1/2 moths, but since two weeks ago I gained about 1/5 inch in length. My current (the gainer) PE routine is as follows:
3 min of warm up
30sec stretches in all directions (this makes 120sec of stretches)
300 jelqs (80-100% erected)
One clockturn of JAI Stretch. (8 JAI stretches) while on Hot water.
About 50 fast kegels and 15 slow kegels

I was thinking about adding some clamping for flaccid gains, but I don´t have enough courage to put the device on my unit yet (:D )
Has anyone tryed any kind of “manual clamping”? Like: grasp hard your erected/semi-erected unit at the base, do some kegel, and wait the 10min doing kegels once a while?
Does it have some effect?

Another question: do you think I should add more manual stretches? (Do anyone had more than 1´´ length gain only with manual stretches?)

Kegel as often as comfort allows when you manually clamp. I did a lot of manual clamping during my best gain periods. Kegels are rarely bad for you.

Yes, add progressively more stretches, say 1 minutes more each 1-2 week. There are guys who had more than 1” gains just with manual stretches, yes, the most famous is probably Bennet8 who gained 2.25” just with manuals.

Didn’t even see that question, I gained well over an inch only manual stretching, as Marinera said, little more overtime is great.

Lots of people gain with manuals. Myself included. As long as gains come don’t change it. But when you plateau for a while then add more or change the routine.

My inch gain is from manuals. And over a quarter inch girth from manual clamping. Hard on the hands though. Now I plateaued and had some negative PI’s lately so I rested this week and will switch to pumping for the first time. Read about all this stuff all over the site.

I´d like to know if you should warm up before doing this “manual clamping”? I didn’t´t find. If I could do it without warming up would be a lot better.

Well, I was drunk. But manual clamp jelqs are a very good way to get some sick expansion. Do not do too many at once just do a few every so often to keep the expansion up, goal is to grow not explode :D

Here’s an idea. After you have jelqed for awhile and your dick is warmed up and can expand easily, kegel and then grasp at the base as close as you can. Squeeze tightly and take 15-30 seconds to work your way up the shaft. You may experience some initial discomfort as your skin become more pliable but it should start to fade within a few days of doing this. I am not jelqing currently, but toward the end of the time I was jelqing, I started doing this. After I finished a jelqing session, I would do 10-15 or so of these super jelqs (also called ulis I believe). I actually measured a little bit above my current girth measurement of 5.5 on an off day. I have since lost that gain since I never cemented it, but had I been able to keep on doing that, I believe I would be well above 5.5 inches MSEG right now.

P.S. The reason I told you all of that is because in my opinion it could count as a sort of manual clamping.

Newbies have no business doing clamping whether it be “manual” or with a device.The pressures built up in the penis are too great and injury is the most likely result rather than gains. Even jelqing above a certain percentage erection is considered too dangerous. Forget about it for now, until you’ve had a lot of experience and your routines have completely stopped providing gains for a long time.
