I started PE three months ago. I haven´t seem much gains for the first 2 1/2 moths, but since two weeks ago I gained about 1/5 inch in length. My current (the gainer) PE routine is as follows:
3 min of warm up
30sec stretches in all directions (this makes 120sec of stretches)
300 jelqs (80-100% erected)
One clockturn of JAI Stretch. (8 JAI stretches) while on Hot water.
About 50 fast kegels and 15 slow kegels
I was thinking about adding some clamping for flaccid gains, but I don´t have enough courage to put the device on my unit yet (:D )
Has anyone tryed any kind of “manual clamping”? Like: grasp hard your erected/semi-erected unit at the base, do some kegel, and wait the 10min doing kegels once a while?
Does it have some effect?
Another question: do you think I should add more manual stretches? (Do anyone had more than 1´´ length gain only with manual stretches?)
