Mandingo stretch

That’s the name I know it by, but it might take several names;

While laying on your back (or sitting in a lean back position), grab right behind the glans with thumb facing towards the body (reverse grip with your knuckles pointing up).

Twist the hand around so your penis rests on your knuckles and your fist meets your belly. Only by moving your wrist you can now apply a (dangerously) powerful stretch to your penis.

This is hard to explain in words only, but does anyone know this exercise? I’ve tried it a few times, but just real careful.

I tried it lightly just for kicks, and I probably did it wrong. I could feel the “Mandingo Stretch” hitting the ligs more directly than the normal stretch in any direction. You’re on to something with this one, but I have never heard of it or don’t know what its called. I would look into using this method if I can find the proper instructions.

I don’t like getting caught up in hype. I’m still new to PE and the PE forums, but as I read through the threads there always seems to be a flavor of the week routine everyone raves about. I like consistency and I want to modify my routine slowly over time so I will know what works and what doesn’t for me. However, my hands get fatigued doing the manual stretch and this might be something I can use to take some stress off of my hands.

I hope posting to other PE sites isn't a violation, going to look up the rules now.

I discovered this one myself a few months ago.

Don’t know how good it is but you definitely feel a stretch, I am interested to hear if there are any success stories.

That’s right it’s the one I’m talking about.
I will not abandon the original stretch exercises, but it’s always good to find a new way, too - especially when the momentum on this stretch is achieved so easily without stressing the arms so much. I’ll incorporate this exercise to my program and see what it does.

I have a feeling marinera is going to love this exercise, so he can work his ligaments and pull out his inner dick all at the same time! :) Hehehe

I’ve been around here for almost two years and a real big thanks for this!

This stretch I think is excellent. With most stretching I get tired in the hands, this has the potential to avoid it and it does produce great force.

I assume I’m doing it correct as such;

1 - Take a normal downwards grip.
2 - Move this to the side 90 degrees.
3 - Now move a further 90 degrees so you are doing what is a traditional upwards stretch.
4 - Now the awkward bit to explain, twist your wrist 180 degrees to invert the stretch (and by doing so you twist your penis) and lower your knuckles so they rest along your shaft and your wrist sits on your public bone area.
5 - Now by raising your wrist, you apply quite a great amount of force felt in the base. By lowering your wrist you reduce the force.

For anyone still not quite there, i’ve attached a picture I found elsewhere (from MOS if i’m allowed to). But do be warned, I think this stretch is quite dangerous and not for a newbie to try!

I think I will stick with what is working for me now and see what I can get out of the manual stretch. I can deal with the hand cramps for now. I will be following any support that can be offered so that when I’m no longer a newb I will have a grasp of how to do the Mandingo Stretch.

Also this stretch needs a new name, a little cheesy IMO.

One powerful exercise this is. No way I hold this for 4X30sec as I do with the traditional pulls. At least not yet.
I find it easier to do the stretch when being at maybe 10-15%. Just enough to get a decent grip.

The grip can be achieved without making the twist if you start out with a twisted hand before you take a hold of your penis. Hard to explain, - I think we need a set of drawings or a gif animation to get this through properly.

I read the thread on matter of size.

However, I am still kind of confused over this. Any pictures of video would be awesome.

Fulcrum stretches and A Bends have been around for years. After you newer guys have been here a while you will find that most everything you see on MOS or anything DLD claims as original, came from here. If your hands are getting tired doing manual stretches, you might want to do a search on “Canning Tongs.” You can make this thing for less than ten bucks, and it is really a wrist saver.
