That’s the name I know it by, but it might take several names;
While laying on your back (or sitting in a lean back position), grab right behind the glans with thumb facing towards the body (reverse grip with your knuckles pointing up).
Twist the hand around so your penis rests on your knuckles and your fist meets your belly. Only by moving your wrist you can now apply a (dangerously) powerful stretch to your penis.
This is hard to explain in words only, but does anyone know this exercise? I’ve tried it a few times, but just real careful.
