Mandingo stretch

While i was stretching today, i realize why we twist in this stretch.

I think the point of twisting is to prevent you from getting an erection so you can target the ligs better.

No?

This looks very dangerous too me. My first reaction was, oh my god.
I assume once you have your dick in that insane position, you don’t pull too hard?
I think if I get too the point, where I am going to add advanced stretches, this will be my last option.
I don’t care how great the gains are, this just doesn’t look safe.

I incorporate these. They seem to be working fine. Not sure of gains yet but things are looking good. You can feel the inner penis being stretched and doing a kegel even more so.

I am doing it but I am not experiencing the intensity that everyone keeps mentioning. A good stretch nonetheless.
