And what caught my attention is the “rock hard night wood” aspect. I can’t recall getting SUPER hard in the night or waking up in the morning at full attention since I started PE. Though I can tell you that my EQ is a lot better, as well as my endurance and sex drive.

So I was just wanting to get some thoughts if you guys feel that this whole “rock hard night wood” is really that mandatory for growth

Honestly?

Who knows?
There are so many factors that could influence growth in the human. Sleep and nutrition are the most important factors in my opinion though.

I was originally doing a pretty full on routine (Stretching, Jelqing, Clamping, Ulis, lots of kegels) and I never had morning wood but my endurance and sex drive were still “up there”. I’ve since gone back to a slightly modified version of the newbie routine and changed a few other things in my lifestyle and my morning woods are back and rock hard.

BTW I’ve never woken up at night with “Night Wood” so I can’t say whether or not I get them.

No. Positive PIs, IMO, are not mandatory for growth. All they do is show you that you are on the right track. Not getting night wood is still fine if you are still growing and/or your EQ is improving (which you say yours is).

Well at least in my case I don’t get morning woods, but that has been way before starting to PE, so unless all my rulers have shrunk I have gained a decent amount of size.

In the case of the Positives PIs I think the most important one is strong erections, as some of the other factors might vary from one individual to another.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

On the topic of night and morning woods I don’t think there’s too much to worry about,as long as you’re able to get erections when you need them and they’re of a high quality,or at least a higher quality than before you commenced PE.

I work 12 hour shifts,have a long term gf,workout 4 times a week and have a decent social life so by time I’ve come home & done my PE routine it could be 1 or 2 in the morning. Now I can guarantee you that when I collapse into bed after my shower I WON’T be getting any night wood whatsoever!!

Does that mean my routine’s failing me? Heck no! I’m tired.Very tired.

I might not even wake up with morning wood but as long as I get a good night’s sleep I know the next day I’ll experience that plump,heavy & healthy feeling that PE seems to bestow upon your penis. You can’t stress about not getting erections in the night or morning if you’re getting them when you (or more importantly your partner) require them.

Stress and PE are a NO-GO!!

To me, that thread of Sparkyx’s and this one: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! are the two most important threads you can read. When I do PE, if my morning or night wood suffers, I stop for a few days until it comes back. Simple as that. In fact, this just happened - I have been upping my routine, and last night/this morning I awoke with only a fluffy cock - no erection, so I’m going to back off for a day or two.

I personally don’t use morning wood as a PI because it’s been inconsistant for years even before I started doing PE. I have noticed an increase since doing PE but I never payed much attention beforehand so it’s hard to say for sure how much. It’s just so random though, trying to find patterns and linking it to the routine is very hard. And it seems the days that it’s the biggest morning wood is when I am busting to go to the toilet rather then better penis health. I prefer EQ as a more reliable indicator. Others might have better luck with morning wood as a PI.

Thanks for the info guys! It almost seems like it comes down to personal choice, and experimenting as to what works best for the individual
