First of all, hi there. I have been following quite a long this forum, but just recently registered here.
This will be kinda long and have rants, advice asking questions and so on.

I`m 25 years old and 25kg over-weighted (hey, lookie that) and I really want to improve my health and sexual health.
Also I have had some girls to be with and some more permanent for awhile, but I still have great issue with my self-esteem, confidence because I`m not too handsome and I`m fat.
Now all who know me says that my personality is awesome, blast to be with. So I really shouldn’t`t feel so concerned, but I am.
I have heard some horrible words from some women that really hit the spot on me and simply destroyed me for a long time.

First of all I have to say, why you damn Americans use inches and gallons etc. It really is hard to follow and seems so unnecessary more difficult than centimeters, litres etc.

Good. Now that is off my heart I can start.

So I`m over-weighted and guess what? It shows. I simply can`t maintain erection without keeping it stimulation. Now I don`t know how well regular guys can maintain the erection, but for me it sure is impossible. I can last in bed 5 to 10mins about, depending excitement and am I fucking or receiving blow job.

But yeah about my over all health, big problem is that I don’t eat vegetables! I just can`t. So bad, hate the taste, hate everything about them. Only exception is now that I will try to learn to eat celery or at least juice it.
I just love coca-cola and hate it! Don`t tell me it isn’t`t good because it is. So hard to lower amounts of drinking it.
Now I would like to have some decent meals etc. But don`t know how to do it without vegetables.
I was thinking to start eating like couple eggs in morning (Does it matter how they are cooked or eaten),
Maybe sum peanut butter with bread or you have anything better to eat it with?
Though I do eat around 3 apples a day and some carrots now and then, carrot is exception.
Maybe add more fruits, don`t know. But my goals are around loosing 15kg, long term PE could going to be around 17-18cm BPEL and maybe around 14-14.5cm girth.

Oh and is it true that you should eat evenly all around day? Lets say every 3 hours or so little bit?
My work place is kinda rough and I can`t follow that. Usually I can take breaks normally, but once or twice a week, it might take 5 to 9h before I can take my first break.
And I cannot really eat at the same time because my work requires my both hands and full attention.
Any good food tips without vegetables are more than welcome.

Hah, well I really have tried to drop the cola but it always comes back. I have sugar addiction which is hard to drop.

I think now being in here Japan, I have managed to drop cola intake only to around 2-3L in a week.

Back in the 1980s the US spent millions of $ converting to metric. They put commercials on teevee and even made a point of teaching metric in school. :rolleyes:

Loose the weight. You can play around with supplements all you want; but, until you stop eating crap nothing will change. The supplements you are using are most defiantly the right ones; i.e., you are not wasting your time on crap, bro-science, supplements.

Read up on intermittent fasting and give it a try. A search here will give you a good start. For most it is much more effective than the old eating every 3 hours schtick. It is also much easier to manage, especially with a tricky schedule. As far as the veggies thing goes? Get a bullet blender and make smoothies. 30 seconds and you can suck down an amount of veggies that would take 10 minutes to eat. Toss in a cup of berries and it wont even taste like veggies.

The ladies (and the guys that like such) all agree: Pineapple juice makes the man chowder taste yummy!

Don’t waste your money on multivitamins. Instead, buy some fruit, especially pineapple. A few pointers for better taste - avoid dairy, red meat, cabbage, broccoli and all similar veggies, coffee, alcohol, any form of tobacco, fucking junk food, garlic, onion, curries; do eat a lot of fruits and veggies, with the exception of the fore mentioned. If you consume all the products in the “bad taste” category, no mater what else you do, your cum will most probably stay bitter. It takes up to 24 hours for most stuff to pass through your body, so you could probably get away with eating the “bad” stuff for several days and then eat mainly the “good” stuff for 2 days, cumming sometime during the first day so you get the bad tasting sperm out of your body. After all, you don’t want to compromise your healthy diet for the sake of sweet cum (although I’d advise that you stay off alcohol, tobacco and junk food for good).

Stay off sugar and you’ll be surprised how good veggies taste (after a while).

Eggs sound good, the thing about eggs being bad in excessive quantities is a myth, people eat 10 eggs each day, without any complications (except if you have kidney issues, then it’s not the eggs themselves, but the excessive protein). It doesn’t matter a lot how you cook your eggs, just be sure to avoid bad oils (sunflower is the most common). As for the bread - if you’re going to lose weight be sure to either prepare your own bread or buy whole-grain bread, but read the contents carefully as many of them are 1/2 or more white flour, which is what you’d be trying to avoid.

You don’t know? Eat more fruits. If you’re going to lose fat drop sugar and “bad” carbs (do your research here). Don’t worry, you might sneak a potato or two after a workout. You do plan on working out, right? Because you aren’t losing much fat otherwise… We could discuss that here, if you so desire.

Myth. It’s just important not to overeat before a workout, but except for that it doesn’t really matter. IF, as iamaru said, could be a nice thing to do, but it’s not for everyone…

Overall:
If you didn’t get it by now - ditch the fucking sugar. It will probably solve your veggie-issues and while you get used to your new self you could eat brown/red/black rice, sweet potatoes (you could sneak a normal potato or two after a workout), beans, blah-blah. If you think those things taste awful, they probably will… Don’t be presumptuous and give everything a chance. Sure, you might not grow to like broccoli, but as I said, there is an alternative. There are many edible veggies, so you can’t really put the label “not tasty” on all of them.

Basically, you have to make a decision here - do you want to be healthy or do you want to continue eating sweet stuff (which you can still do, just different sweet stuff - salvia and honey are the best substitutes to refined sugar I can think of off the top of my head)?
So… What do you want?
If you can’t answer the question wholeheartedly you won’t make any progress, and despite all the knowledgeable people here, we won’t be able to help you. :)

Aerobic work out etc. Maybe try to get more time and go to swimming, there isn’t one place near so I rarely go though it is great fun.

That will be really hard to give up or I treat myself once a month or something, but I really need to work my lust for those chips.
I will try to minimize greatly cola, chips and junk food, well dropping everything except the pizza for couple times for month.

I’d bet that the headache is caffeine withdraw and not a sugar addiction. Try a couple cups of coffee through the day: 1 in the morning, 1 after lunch. What you’re hearing here is the truth - soda kills. :)

It really depends on metabolism, but I’d say that working out is the 30% of losing fat that the other 70% couldn’t work without.

It’s a good idea to “ask her to be your GF” only if you’re both 14 or less. You don’t ask girls to be with you, you ask them out on a date. Eventually a second and third dates and you should now if you like each other or not. Go for a kiss before the 4th date. Also, be as clear as can be about your intentions, you want to take her out on a date, not go to the movies as BFF’s. Okay, It has been busy.
Back in home country and had pretty busy weekend with friends, they were really missing me, haha.

It’s time to start working. Shaving off most of the sweeties and chips and instead of Cola I’m drinking Pepsi Max, has like 1 kcal 100ml. But goal is to drink most of time just water since it is much better for body.
Also, made some measures.
BPEL 15.2cm / 6” and Girth 11cm / 4.3cm
So average yeah? Anyways I have started the PE and going easy for first month. Decided to go for 25 jelqs and 20sec stretches, 5 different direction once.
Maybe after two weeks increase to 30 jelqs and stretches to 30sec. Oh and girth is little more important for me to gain than length.
I will also try to lower my need for porn and going to try to just ejaculate 3-4 times a week. I tend to blast of almost everyday.

Anyone has tips what is best way to eat Celery Seeds? Made berry smoothie with 2 tablespoons lecithin granulates and 1 tablespoon of Celery Seeds, but the seeds kinda made the taste awkward.
Wasn’t any special, strawberries, ½ banana, pineapple juice and 1 raw egg + lecithin and celery seeds.

Oh and I asked the girl that can I take her to date and she said yes!

I need to say that I have better feeling of my life and like it is going right direction.
Also planning to make my own shop within 2 years with my good friend, but that is still kinda distant idea :P

Seems like 1 Tablespoon is too much of those celery seeds, 1 teaspoon directly eaten and 1 teaspoon to smoothie seems to work better for me.
Also after PE warm-up I have been wearing cock ring about 15-20mins.

You are greatly overvaluing the apple (I only read your first post so far). It’s just a sugar ball - not very nutritious for you at all actually. Good for filling your appetite though, I guess.

Sorry bro, but Coca Cola blows (lol). If you can’t COMPLETELY drop that, you’ll stay fat. You want to avoid drinking your calories whenever possible - and Coke’s got a SHITLOAD of them (and even more sugar). It’s SO terrible for you. You’d honestly be surprised at how much weight you’d lose JUST by dropping the shitty things like Coke from your diet.

If you must, then drink Diet Coke instead (blasphemy, I know) but it may help you curve the addiction in a similar way as nicorette gum helps a smoker.

Becoming healthy is not something you’ll be able to plan overnight, because at first (due to a lack of experience), your plan is gonna suck. It’s a start though, and will be better than your current path - but just view it as an ever-improving way of life that might take 6 months or even a year to get the hang of - even longer to master. There’s just so much to learn about nutrition and about your own body and so many different exercise routines and philosophies of fitness. There’s always more to learn, but each little bit you do learn takes you a step further in the right direction.

A great start would be: Cut out the Coca-Cola completely, and replace it with vast amounts of WATER. Drinking lots of water each day is so good for you and aids greatly in losing weight. Soon, you’ll learn to love an ice cold glass of filtered or spring water JUST as much if not more than you love Coca Cola. I know how it is, I used to eat the shit out of candy. But once you get healthy and stop eating candy, if you try to go back to candy, the candy makes you feel like SHIT afterwards! That’s because - it IS shit, and it’s BAD for your healthy body.

So your goal should be to avoid coke long enough (and live healthily long enough) to the point where going back to it literally makes your stomach sick.

And the eggs in the morning (2-3 of them) is a great idea as well - always be looking for ways to spice it up or cook them differently so you don’t get bored. I prefer Sriracha hot sauce….OM NOM NOM.

Best of luck brah, I went from 205+ lbs of muscle and chunkyness to 162 lean lbs…funny thing was, I thought I was the SHIT at 205 lbs (was trying to be a ‘bodybuilder’, but really just loved the excuse to overeat and I looked terrible and chunky even though I envisioned myself as totally buff and a powerful ladyslayer). Now that I’m a much leaner 162, I’ve found that girls LITERALLY give me at least 10x more attention - they just love skinnier me, I don’t know why. I’ve built up muscle so I’m not scrawny, but I’m definitely not ‘big’ either. But for whatever reason, the chicks dig it! Even though I used to think the only way to get chicks was to have the biggest muscles possible (it also fed my own desire to want to appear physically intimidating to other men - a very weird focus of mine when I was in my late teens, and a possible side effect of having deep rooted insecurities? I dont know, lol).
Just some insight into my own story. I used P90x and an improved diet to achieve this, although I didn’t follow the P90x routine, just did the workouts whenever I felt like it - the routine itself was just way too fuckin intense for even a seasoned exerciser like myself to stay consistent with.

I also have a problem with vegetables - not that I dislike them though, but that I dislike the involved process of preparing some of them.

I personally drink half of a 3 serving bottle of V8 juice per morning (it’s a small bottle, not the big jugs) to get at least one serving of vegetables in per day. I don’t know how good this really is though, because a large portion of it is probably just Tomato Juice (what it tastes like), but I figure it’s better than nothing. I’d also look into frozen Edimame pods, just pop them in the microwave for 2 sets of 3 minutes and add them as a side to whatever dinner you’re eating - super high in protein (albeit soy protein) and taste good.

Corn’s delicious, but is worthless just like the Apple. Potatoes are great, try eating more baked potatoes. Roasted/pan seared squash, onions, etc are delicious. Again, I’m lazy so a lot of times I try to find whatever frozen, easily microwaveable stuff that I can usually.

I eat a lot of shit food too, hell, I ate a shitload of Uh Oh Oreos last night and this morning, and a whole bag of snickers bites (had the munchies…lol)…and I don’t have a good metabolism at all. But I know my body, and I eat enough good meals during the day and work out just enough to justify cheating pretty much whenever I feel like it.

Again, I’ve also reached the point where cheating too often or too much makes me feel physically ill (IE, too much Mcdonalds or too much sweetness)…so this helps me stay healthy too. When munchies call though, almost anything is fair game haha. I have a bad habit of finishing entire large tubs of Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter in 2-3 nights…hey, it’s got protein, right? lol

And again…..WATER, WATER, WATER! Get a Brita filter to save money…buying bottled water is effin expensive.
Think of Coca Cola as an erection killer (because it is)…it’ll have your veins pumping delicious sugary syrup instead of blood (lol)…water is a key to vitality good sir!

Getting started is one of the hardest parts of being healthy (besides staying consistent), because there’s an overwhelming amount of things you have to learn.

A good first step for you, I believe, would simply be to cut out the junk shit garbage food, and get started on a home exercise program (I already listed what I used, but there are many others if this doesn’t suit you). Or you could go to your local gym, whichever you prefer. Worry about perfecting the diet as you go along - working out consistently will give you the most dramatic results, and will also discrouage you from eating shit. Coca cola, etc, makes your cardio shittier, and you’ll feel it during your workouts. Your workouts will be hard, so you’ll naturally avoid anything that makes them even harder - you’ll also get the (correct) feeling that you are wasting all that effort you put into those workouts if you eat like shit afterwards - so working out in and of itself is a good motivation to not eat like shit!
