I have been having problems with major turtle neck for about the past 6 or 8 months and I wanted to ask you guys what are some of the things that can cause this. Over the past 3 years I have gained about 30-40 pounds, mainly do to poor diet and I stopped working out, which I have done all my adult life. I am 37 yrs old and I have done the newbie routine before, although I did not stick with it. Also the turtle necking seems to be worse after I have been sitting for a little while. My “unit” used to hang normally, but lately it seems to be inverting. I know that weight gain can effect this, and I am back in the gym and dieting. Anything you guys could educate me on would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Something that can help is to baby powder your testicles after showers and before you go out. Take showers immediately after working out and sit with a wider leg posture. You can get a jelly ring at almost any adult shop for about a dollar a piece and try one or two at a time just around the balls to keep the skin from sagging too hard. Be careful with rings though….discomfort and loss of circulation may occur.
