I’ve just been doing the Newbies routine for two days now but I notice a difficulty to maintain my semi-low erection level during the jelking phase. It stays for max 4 minutes before I have to watch some naughty pics or similar to get the erection level back. I have no problems with my erection levels during masturbation (for sometimes 30 minutes in a row) despite training kegels at the same time.

Is this normal and how do you guys manage?

It’s pretty near impossible to give an explanation for that. It could be any one of a variety. But check that you are not gripping too hard. try lowering the grip strength. Do you masterbate before you do the routine (or any other action).

It may just be that your dick is used to some more sporting activities than jelking and your brain gets the wrong message.

It may be because you are doing something new. Sinve you have only been doing the routine for two days. it may hjust be that youhave to get used to the new routine. So keep at it and see if the new techniques get absosrbed into your other activities.

If things don’t improve let us know what you do in your routine and we will try to fathom out what the problem is.

Thanks for you answer, I might grip a bit to hard because the grip looks kinda hard in the video (wet jelking, better safe then sorry for a newb)

My main worry is that when I need to regain a erection during jelking, I must, at least partially release the blood-pressure from the tip. Is it all in vain unless I maintain the the pressure during a full 10 minute routine or can I try to adjust to the new activities without worrying about ruining potential gains?

Most guys have a problem the other way, getting to hard to do PE properly. Over time their wang learns that PE isn’t masturbation.

I had the same problem that you do. I can maintain wood until the cows come home then stay hard all night untill they leave in the morning again. At least, I can do that for sex. PEing and I would end up fully limp more often than not within minutes.

Practice makes perfect. Or at least makes better. I never entirely mastered keeping partial wood for PEing. Now keep in mind I am an old timer and my PE was old skool. Back in the day we thought that you needed to build up to goofy amounts of time spent pulling on your pud. I might have been OK with the modern “less is more” n00b routine.

Anyway, I eventually ended up switching from hands on to hanging, which worked wonders for me.

My dick stays right at about 50% up most of the time. My bigger concern is making sure I don’t cross the 80% boundary, so every minute or so I stop to make sure I haven’t chubbed up too much.

First of all, you should mantain your erection at semi-hard, not semi-low. ;)

Second, why are you so bothered you have to watch porn? Watch it and do your work, no big deal. o.o

Yes I figured you’d say that but I got the impression that less erection level was desired during the newbie routine. I’ll try to get a little harder erection tomorrow. I have a little problem putting a number on my erection level, I mainly get a little aroused, a little bit more aroused or hard ass hell and the last is probably not to so desirable during jelqing.

I don’t really mind watching porn but I’d prefer if I could keep my routine as a fitness exercise rather than something sexual. Most importantly is the results though, I don’t really mind how they are achieved, porn makes it easier to maintain erection which is probably better than none.
