The proof is irrefutable. There is significant loss of muscle and other valuable substances in the body after 30. The reason is also clear. During a male’s lifetime there are two opposing actions that take place — one pathway gobbles up cells as they become worn out and the other creates others to replace them. The former operates all the time but the second one only operates when the body detects that cell replacement is necessary. And our cavemen ancestry makes the determination that only when the body is very active does it need to expend the huge energy it takes to make the new cells.

So muscles and other body parts will deteriorate faster than regrowth unless body detects lots of energy expenditure. This is simply because when we reach 30 activity generally declines the bod detects this inactivity as “hibernation” and a need to conserve all the energy it can so it puts aside the muscle cell regeneration — hence a body that looks sadder and sadder and is sadder and sadder.

Along with this increasing decrepitude is loss of attractiveness as the body sags and sags and also there is increasing weakness and guess what — sexual potency.

Therefore this old guy (in years only) has followed advice from all scientists that know how to slow down or almost stop aging process, vigorous exercise. And all agree that this level of activity required to regenerate cells is pretty severe and at minimum should include 3x/week of whole body weight lifting, 3x/week cardio workouts and other flexibility type exercises as can be placed in schedule. That is what I do and why all the trainers at my gym say with astonishment that I look like a 30 year old very fit athlete. It probably is why so many young studs tell me that I am very fit looking, hilariously funny (don’t think exercise has anything to do with that) and attractive.

So while you guys like me are trying with all your might to enlarge your penis, you need also to look after the rest of your body. Probably the cell growth needed to lengthen your manhood is also accompanied by need to tell body that you need more cells down there as well as on your pecs and arms.

I think that the longer you are here, the more you will discover just how many guys are into total body building, cock and body that is.
