I have read on other sites that to get a 1” pumping gain, you need to pump 1 hour daily(3 20 minute sessions). This should be done for 1 year, after which a maintenance program is started.

How much pumping is needed to maintain the 1” gain? The site claims 3 30 minute/day sessions a week.

Not sure what you are asking, ross. Are we to assume that you have pumped consistently and have a 1” length gain and just want to maintain that?

If so, I think you can do a milder maintenance program than three 30 min sessions a week.



Thanks for your responce avocet8. I have an interest in pumping, I am not currently an active pumper. I was looking to find out how more experienced pumpers maintain their gains. Is it necessary to maintain daily pumping for 1 hour indefinitely, or can a milder maintenance program of 30min/3 times a week or less be successful?
