Hello guys,

I’m 30 yo and practically I lurk here for about 1 month, reading and reading.. 3 days ago I found the opportunity to start to PE seriously.
My routine is basically the newbie routine and my problem is:
While I don’t have erection problems -actually during sex I’m quickly rock hard and can have sex repeatedly many times- I can’t maintain erection without sex and thus can’t during jelqing :(
Actually, I warm up, I do my stretches and then I watch some hot porn to help me get an erection. It comes fast but after 10-20 jelqs my penis becomes as flaccid as it can be. So I watch porn again, masturbate a bit and when I’m 50-60% ready I do 10-20 jelqs and again and again and again..
I know this way is not working. I feel it. :( After 150 jelqs like that, my dick is not full at all but small just like it was before the jelqs..
What could you propose guys? Even the dumbest answer could be possible to help me.

First of all your penis will get used to when it’s time to jelq and when it’s time to have sex.
It took me… well, I started 22 Jan and this week I noticed I can maintain a ‘jelqable’ penis for the whole session, with like one exception.

My first tip would be to not use porn or anything and just get erections and try to maintain them without jelqing.
Then add your 10-20 jelqs, see what happens, add porn - do jelqs, see what happens etc. The less stimuli you need, the better in my opinion.

Your penis going back into a ‘pre-jelq’ state could be due to overdoing it , too much pressure or something,
causing it to ‘hide’.

So you propose to get and maintain erections without porn, but using just my mind. The only way for this to work is to constantly stimulate my penis by hand though..

You said that after 2 months you were able to maintain a jelqable penis. How did you jelq all these weeks? Some jelqs, stop, masturbate and again just like me?

Well, feel free to stimulate yourself with your hands I guess. Just try to get your erections without being dependant on porn.

I either got too hard or too soft, causing me to take breaks in the middle and let it subside, or ‘fap it up’ to make it hard again.
Now I do 15-20min jelqsessions without having to pause, unless I incidentally get a bit too hard for what I’m aiming for.

And if you mean gains I’ve gotten a minimum of 1cm (0,39”) in length, and 0.5cm (0,2”) in girth.

I think it’s normal go have to get it back up every now and then during a secession

So you believe is not a big problem if instead of 100 continuous jelqs you do 20x5 sets for example?

No, I meant if you succeeded making your erections last longer during jelqing.
These gains of yours are tremendous for such a small period of time. Congratulations bro and I wish you the best :)

Since I didn’t read complaints for this, I thought it was not very common :)

BTW I see that if I stretch before the jelqs then I tend to lose my erections even faster. Do you think if I stretch in the morning before I leave home and jelq in the evening before I got to sleep, will hinder my possible gains? I mean these two excercises are independent so the one shouldn’t impact the other one. Correct?

Ok I decided to begin with the NEW newbie + advanced routine.
It seems ideal for me since you begin with 10-20 jelqs and thus I will be able to keep my erection plus you don’t do stretching at the beginning. I believe and hope that while times passes I will be able to overcome this issue and improve my routine.
If I come by any worthy news I’ll keep you informed guys :)

There is no problem with stopping occasionally to stimulate yourself to the “correct” erection level. So don’t worry about it. I usually do 50 jelqs, stimulate, 50 more jelqs, stimulate, and so on.

New Newbie is an excellent routine.

Ok guys, today I made my first workable workout :)
I did 4 sets x5 jelqs only but since I was able to maintain my erection for such a small time, they were of much higher quality than the previous ones.
My glans seemed fuller during the exercise and whole the trick felt nice in general..

The way I did the jelqs was like that:
With my index and thumb of each hand I graped my penis at the base in both it’s left and right and pushed up to the glans.
I’m sure I saw a video around about this method but can’t find it now.
Let’s see if it will be effective :)

Ok found it. Here it is the C grip on the bottom of the page. Though I use it with wet jelqs.
