Ok guys. I started PE today. I got to like 60-75% erection I’d say but after a few minutes it wore down to probably a 30-45% erection. What do you guys suggest doing or have done to help maintain a 60-80% erection? Thanks in advance!

What I do is just stop, regain the erection somewhat, and continue for a certain amount of time.

Porn is always helpful.

The easiest way to learn kegel is when you urinate, try to stop it. Feel the muscle that shuts the urine, and that’s PC (or BC). While reverse kegel is the opposite way, much like you are going to fart.

When you urinate, clench the flow repeatedly.

When you are not urinating, get a chubby and do the same thing. You’ll feel blood pump into your dick.

Reverse kegel is like trying to fart - or trying to press out the last drops when you are peeing.
