Maintaining erection after ejaculation

Maintaining erection after ejaculation

From what I’ve read in a few threads, practicing “kegels” will help maintain an erection after cumming. I this correct?

Yes and no. Kegels can help to either pump you up or keep you up. But they are no panacea to the “refractory” period, which is a powerful influence.

I find kegels help me last longer in bed.

In kegels, are we using the same muscle that we use to flex our unit when it’s erect?. Like when we make it move up and down without our hands.. It doesn’t seem to mention that in kegel lesson threads.

Yes, also same muscle to stop when we urinate. But when you are flaccid, you penis doesn’t have to move, but as long as you are working the muscle group, you are still kegelling.

I maintain my erection with kegel, but reverse kegel help me last longer in bed, it help stopping ejaculation.

Reverse kegel? How do you do that?

There is only one way of extending erection post-ejaculation. You would need to prevent the release of prolactin

Which causes a more or less timely refractory period (down-time:) . A new drug, Dostinex (cabergoline), can do just that. If you take it, you will have little or no refractory period.

The drug is aimed at Parkinson’s patients but some non-parkinson people take it for this nice side effect
