I’m having trouble maintaining an erection while practicing PE. Any advice?

What exercises are you trying to do?

You have given us very little information about yourself and your exercises so it makes it more difficult to answer.

I could easily give you advice but it might not be correct for your situation.

i.e.: Don’t do exercises with full erection, take Cialis or Viagra, do more kegels, watch porn, stop watching porn, masturbate less…etc.


Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Routine, Pics

Horse squeeze and jelqs. Usually lose my erection like 5 minutes in.
