Hi everyone. I’m a new member and this is my first post. I tried for the first time the newbie routine mentioned in this forum. While I was wet jelqing, my erection level would change from about 20% to 80%. I read that your erection levels will effect whether you increase length or girth. But I was wondering if it’s better to maintain a consistent erection level during your workout, or is the broad change better? Also, are cock rings recommended during jelqing? Thanks for the forum!
