Hi I am fairly new to this forum but not new to PE. I have done it for a few years on and off and seen small gains although small gains in my opinion are great. What I would like to know is how my routine stands up for maintaining what I have and slowly slowly gaining more and more. I like slower gains because it assures me that I won’t injury myself and continually add growth. I also have heard that Less Is More in PE so this is what I do.
All Performed in Hot Shower
Warmup consisting of helishakes, and hot water direct contact
Stretch 5 directions for one warmup 10 second interval and then 35 second interval
Wet Jelqs 35 -50 depending on how things feel and how much time I have
Helishakes and warm down
I also perform kegels whenever I urinate and before sleeping every night give myself an erection but do not masturbate.
I tend to have sex on Friday and Saturday every week but sometimes on Sunday.
Finally, I supplement with a multivitamin, Flax and Fish Oils, and ON Whey Protein. I also work out on T T S.
So how is it looking? Still going to get gains albeit slowly and safely?
