Mainly want length.
Well guys, I’m about 2 weeks into my routine(started on the 10th) and I’ve been doing 5 minutes of lig. Stretching(SO, you, D, DL, DR) for 30 sec. Each, two sets and 200 jelqs a day. Well I decided today to step it up to 3 sets of lig stretching and 400 jelqs a day as to follow the directions in the newbie routine of slowly increasing over 6 weeks.
What my question is, if I mainly want to get length and don’t really care for girth right now, do I have to step up the jelqs too or can I just mainly go with stretching? I just want to know the best way to get length gains. Thanks guys.
