I’m not sure where the NEW thread button is.. I think it’s at the top. I don’t know, as you can see I only have 14 posts, not much of a forum contributor.
I was/am surprised too, and am skeptical of the gains. I literally measured a dozen times with the same result.
And I expect to do the same in a week, in order to ensure consistency in my measure(Not as an issue with the measuring, but just for consistency sake)
Just jelqing and stretching?
From what I (personally) took from this site, jelqing and stretching were the meat and potatoes of PE(or so I thought), with all that other stuff just added on to work through peoples daily schedules (I.E an extender) or for something a little more intense for people who’s unit has adapted the intensity of the basic newbie stuff.
I’ll have to flip through my log if you’d like a specific date (which isn’t a problem) My routine/ rest days were/is 2 on 1 off, sometimes one on one off if my junk hurt, also the last time I measured says February 23rd, but I can’t recall if that’s the date that I just input the data, or when I actually recorded it in my personal logs. I was also just shy of real inconsistency in my routine 2 years prior to when I actually threw myself into it, with lots of reading, short routine spurts and making sure my grip, angles of pulling/stretching felt right for me. Putting my body into it, etc.
What specifically would you like to know about my routine?
It’s really just the newbie routine.. That’s where I started. I alternated stretches constantly, and added minutes and stretches gradually.
I made sure to listen to my unit, which was really important for me. I didn’t/don’t want to do any damage.
I looked at it like I was hitting the gym, if I felt exhausted, I would stop. The next day if my unit felt “up to it” (Healthy EQ, No discomfort) I would hit it again, if there was any indicator/I didn’t feel like doing it, I wouldn’t.
I should also clarify that I have been losing weight over the past 6 months, nothing crazy but It’s possible my fat pad has cut down.. Which could contribute to my length gains. But I also know it’s very difficult to trim fat down there.
I really must also take the time to organize my data on this site, I will most definitely get to it at some point.
