Lower pressure when clamping than squeezing.
I have been doing pe on and off for about 3 years now. I usually stuck to manual stretches, jelq and squeezing. Lately I have been having issues getting a good squeeze routine in because my girth has gotten too big for my hands! A good problem to have. So I ordered some cable clamps and gave it a shot this week. Man, do I love clamping. It’s so nice not tiring your hands or struggling.just clamp and edge for a while. Love it.
My only issue is that my engorgement does not seem to get as firm. With squeezing I would get rock hard. Clamping it s much spongier, however it is just as big as with squeezing. I don’t get it. I also don’t get as swollen afterwards as I did with squeezes.
Am I getting as good of a workout?
I am going to add a second clamp tonight and see if that helps. Or maybe some light squeezes while clamped.
