Low Testosterone

Give me your thoughts here.
My fat distribution if down the middle which is typical of estrogen.
I have some nice breasts that have made women jealous for years. They are even perky!
I have body hair, but it’s in patches. I can’t grow beard.
I’m 5’11.5 and doctors said I’d be 6’4.. Where did those inches go, I want them.
My arms are so weak, bloody weak. Small too. If I lift, they barely ever grow, it’s almost hopeless.
Now the worst:
My unit doesn’t enjoy standing up at attention for a long time.. And by a long time I mean 8 minutes I don’t masturbate as much as I used to, I don’t feel like it.

I’m only 18. Please don’t post comments like I’m still in puberty, because it is long past.
Do you guys think I have a problem and should see an Endo?

I have a few questions for you.

Have you been PEing consistently?
If so, how long?

The reason I ask this question is PE usually cures the erection strength problem. It does not always happen right away, but trust me it will come. I started noticing stronger erections after a month, but now, a few years later, I have trouble keep him DOWN!

So my answer to this question is: PE PE PE. It not only makes your dick grow, but keeps it extremely healthy too.

Now you are telling me you lift weights, but your arms stay small. How often did you lift? Did you stick to a routine for a few months?

Also, you may have bad blood circulation. Try jogging/walking each day; or every other day. Start with a mile and work your way up (If you are not conditioned to run more). You do not have run marathons to be in shape and have good blood circulation.

If you do not like jogging, try other vigerous activities.

First, I’d like to appologize if what I’m going to say offend you.

I’m the one who like to do sports, I love being slim. If you saw me me, you would say I’m underweight, but to Cambodian people, I must be the handsome one.

OK, now back to our stuff, I just got a little thing to add on Remek’s comments.
Practicing some (or maybe alot of) sports really help, especially for our healthier body system, good blood circulation and reducing a lot of stress, which normally destroy our sensation of sex (is it comprehensive? sorry for my bad english).

Being fat is not good for almost everything (sorry if it is too generalized) So you really have to do some sports and then PE!

Definately see an endocrinologist. If you have low testosterone the doctor can give you a shot, a patch or a gel to help you. But he should also check your other hormones. I am on testosterone therapy and am doing pretty good with it although I do have down days also. Good luck and keep us informed.

The doctor is a good idea but you also may want to think about a life change of eating right and hitting the gym or maybe take up some form of Martial arts

Dino is absolutely correct. Low testosterone at 18 is unlikely. Lifting weights forces your body to increase it’s natural level of free and total testosterone. A supplement like avena sativa will reduce the SHBG allowing more of your own testosterone to become bio-available. At your age, testosterone should be coursing through your body.

What is your libido like? How about your energy? Do you have mood swings, maybe being depressed more often? The one thing that scares me are the bitch tits. I’d hit the weights, cut the crap out of your diet, and take a look at yourself in 1 month. If there’s no change, than get some blood work done. Have your free and total testosterone, DHEA-Sulfate, Estradiol and FSH and LU levels taken along with a complete panel. This will give you an accurate picture of WTF is going on with your hormones.

You should see a doctor. If there is something wrong, better to find out now. If nothing is wrong you’ll gain peace of mind and have baseline hormone levels for comparison later in life.

Why are your arms weak if you’ve been lifting for 3 years ? Your first post says “if I lift…”, doesn’t sound like you’re serious about a good program. Your first post also sounds like you’re depressed. And you equate normalcy with depression in your second. It’s not. You’re 18. You might have low testosterone, I doubt it. I sure didn’t need porn at 18 to jerk off. Still don’t. Do you have nocturnal erections? I’m 53 and the damn thing wakes me up a number of times every night if I’m sleeping on my stomach.

I see two possibilities. Allow me to be frank.
1) You really do have a hormone imbalance. Unlikely but possible. My advice still holds. Get serious about lifing for 1 month. 3 times a week. There are many newbie weightlifing programs that you can download. Find a program you can stick with for a month. Don’t cheat. A good diet is very important. Cut out the chips and pop and fast food. Eat lots of protein, at least 1 gram per pound of your bodyweight per day. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink a gallon of water a day.

2) You’re having a pity party. You’re unhappy and could be starting a downward spiral. Which will accelerate. See above advice.

Give it 1 month. No effing slacking off. On exercise or diet. Get 8 hours of sleep every night. If you don’t notice an improvement, get the bloodwork done.

Who said I wasn’t serious about lifting? I lifted everyday.. Everyday. Most of my body parts grew well. My max bench press was 285 :) My arms were always just weak and would never grow.

285 is a very decent bench. We must have a different concept of weak arms. Muscle growth is a good indication of proper testosterone levels. Everyday lifting is not generally a good idea. You grow when you rest.

Still, you did write, “…if I lift.”
