Low tension long period streching
I have a question about the school of thought which argues that “lengthening in penis comes from lower intensity streches that are done over a longer period of time”.
First, how do we measure “low intensity”? For example I can strech my unit to 6.5’ inches long maximum when I strech it manually. My BPEL is 6.2’. Using a traction device, for 1 hour on - 10 minutes off routine for approx. X (long) hours, what should be the streching length be?
Second, how long of a time are we talking about here? What should be the ‘x’ amount of time in the above question? 3 hours? 9 hours?
Third, can we apply the same theory to girth? Can we make better gains by doing girth exercises in low intensities for a long period of time? (Pump)
