So since I have a really low lot of 6, what stretches should I do?

You want stretches that target the tunica. inverted V-stretches, long hold stretches, that kind of thing - preferably with lots of heat applied before and during the stretching routine.

You might even want to consider hanging.

Is there a diagram or video of the inverted-V stretch?

I did a search and could not find anything. I did find an explanation, but it didnt make a whole lot of sense to me.

Here’s a vid of a V-stretch variant called the A-stretch, using the hand/wrist as a fulcrum point.

The explanation is simple too. Take a simple stretch, with your free hand pull in the middle of the penis to create a V shape (to ignore the ligs and hit the tunica an inverted V shape is fine). Use anything you like in place of the second hand: a baseball bat, a can of beans, or as in the vid your wrist.

So basically instead of pulling your penis over your wrist you pull it under?

Under would be a normal V-stretch over would be an inverted V-stretch.

Don’t limit yourself to your wrist though you will find that if you can pull over something that allows you to use a straight arm while stretching that you can use the shoulder of the main stretching arm to exert force rather than the elbow. The shoulder (and body) is stronger.

The problem is that I live with my family and it will look really awkward and suspitious if im going in the bathroom all the time with a can of beans and KY, Lol! Unfortunately my relatives are super nosey! So the video shows him pulling his flacid penis over his wrist is that what I should be doing to work the Tunica? Sorry if this is vexing you out. Im really trying to understand.

On a good note I finally said the hell with it and started today, I figured at least I can jelq I know how to do that. Only one problem I seem to have a hard time keeping it semi-erect, it wants to go full erect after 3-4 milkings, really annoying, hope it is just something that Ill experience in the beginning.

That should work the tunica yes, but you have to understand that effecting the tunica is a damn lot harder than working the ligs so application of heat and good long intense stretches stand the best chance of working. You’ve got to think like a hanger.

The stretches aren’t something you need to do in a bathroom, you can use a heating pad or a hot water bottle or something for heat and do them in a private room (you have one of those right? How nosey?).

You’ll work out the erection issue, its just a matter of practise (and tedium kicking in).

Hot wraps are a very important part of PE.

Since I have to do the harder of the stretches in order to effect gains, what is the average time period before I should see some improvement, allowing for variation. The reason I ask is because I want to know that what I am doing is correct.

NBPEL = 6 (27/4/04). Aiming at 7 inches for now.

You will find that varies as you progress. What you are looking for is stretching that will do the maximum for the minumum amount of work. Personally I found 3-5minute hold stretches worked very well. If you don’t stretch hard enough your penis will simply get used to the tension and strengthen but you probably want to start with the least force possible to make gains. Don’t forget the heat.

At the end of a stretching session your penis should feel sore for some time afterwards and our flaccid hang will probably increase.

A good 20 minutes is probably what you want to aim for but initially start with much less 5-10 mins and work up. Personally I think that an active girth routine helps but I’m in the minority in this opinion I think. My reasoning is that if you stress tissue in multiple directions you are more likely to keep it in a weak state, the other point of view is that the more girth you have the harder it is to gain length (rubber band theory).

In either case you need to commit to a routine because if you stretch for a short time and then change you’re likley to just increase the strength of the penis.

Okay, a total of 20 minutes is what I’m aiming for (one session I take it). If I would do normal manual stretches though: Since I have a low lot, should I stretch upwards for about 30 to 50 seconds, with intervals to circulate the blood back in my penis until I reach 20 minutes in total? I hope I made myself clear, when I read what I just wrote it doesn’t make much sense.

If the longest you can successfully hold a stretch for is 30 to 50 secs then sure.

But maybe the longest you can hold a stretch is related to the the fact that you are pulling up.

If you have a low LOT most angles will effect the tunica but you can create an upward stretch using an inverted V over a baseball bat or similar because the angle the penis leaves the body would be up but the force used to create the stretch would be down which is normally easier.

Getting the circulation back is always important.

Well I can stretch longer if I wanted to, but I remember reading that manual stretching should last 30 to about 60 seconds max. After that you should let the blood flow back and then stretch again.
