I’ve been jelqing and stretching for about 4-5 days now, with 2 days on 1 day off
I just found out I was at 7:30 on LOT, so I will focus mostly on the tunica and stop wasting time on the ligs. but the thing is: when I jelq, it’s at 70% erect, and the blood starts applying a maximum of pressure when I’m at half way goin up the shaft.

To adapt my jelqing methods to a tunica stretch, should I decrease to a 50% erection and stop the blood pressure in order to stretch during some jelqing? Or, Will this pressure on the girth (at 70% erection) help expand the tunica’s length too?

I really need to know, would a 2 inch gain be possible within a year just from tunica stretching?
I want to reach 8 inches, I’ll do anything to achieve this goal. I don’t think hanging can be of help to stretch the tunica, because it stretches at 6 o’clock.

This is my routine:
Warmup (5 min.)
Manual Strech (Up, left, right, down) 30 sec each
Jelqing (30 min) about 250 jelqs at 70% (need to verify because pressure is only a max. at half-way)
Warmdown
V-stretch (3 sets of 30 sec to 1 min)
Warm
Manual Strech (Up, left, right, down) 1 min each, 2 sets
Warm
Kegels (50 at 5 sec hold)
( I think stretching at the beggining and at the end brings more fatigue, but I don’t really know what i’m doing,hehe )

I will modify to:
Warmup (5 min.)
Manual Strech (Up, left, right) 1 min each 2 sets
( I have the idea to do the stretches while wearing a warm towel )
V-stretch (3 sets of 30 sec to 1 min)
Warm again
Jelqing (30 min) about 250 jelqs at 50% (I don’t know if this will stretch the tunica, need to verify)
Warmdown
Kegels (50 at 5 sec hold)

I really need some personal advice… I’ve been doing 300 jelqs and I feel like there’s not enough pressure at the beggining of my jelq. What’s wrong??

I hope someone can answer me. For the tunica stretch problem too. I’ve been trying to stretch it with inverted v-stretch the stretch towards my chin, but it seems like my grip is always hurting me.

Any advice? please?

IMO, LOT is a good tool, but overall conditioning, learning good technique, and getting a feel for how your penis responds are more important at first than targeting a specific area. I’d stick with stretching in all directions and some jelqing. 30 min. of jelqing might be a bit much for someone just starting out. Experiment with jelqing at various levels of engorgement and find which you prefer.

For stretching the tunica, inverted V stretches are a good option. Regular V stretches (hand on top) work ligs more.

Not unless you’re in the tiny percentage of miraculous gainers. Lig gains generally come faster than tunica gains. 2” in a single year of PE would be excellent progress no matter what gets stretched. And also pretty rare.

Good. Dedication is the key. PE takes a long time but works if you stick with it.

Hanging works the tunica to some degree even when hanging down. The force is transmitted to the ligs via the tunica, so it gets stretched some. But hanging over the shoulder or over a fulcrum rod pulls upward, which better focuses on the tunica.

Oh, forgot to mention, try various grip aids for stretching. Some guys like baby powder, rubber gloves, etc. Do a search for more suggestions. I’ve been using a soft paper towel ever since RB turned me on to them.

Try different things. I use the regular paper towels that are soft - more like cloth than abrasive paper.

Bib is not producing hangers now. Here are some other hanger options.

Is a 70% jelq supposed to put pressure in the entire penis, or just at the end?

I’m not familiar with percentage, I need to know more about the pressure theories.

Why does less erection give more length? does it stretch the penis or is it involved with the pressure?
