I was trying to describe what you have said :) It seems I wasn’t successful.

I have the orgasm, but I don’t ejaculate. By doing kegeling in the middle of the orgasm.

But it isn’t as superb as it sounds for me. Of course it is MUCH less tiresome (compared to ejaculation), yes. But it decreases the libido anyway, because you get the “relief” you normally get after the ejaculation when you do this. I think it might have something to do with the hormones, that are increased in blood when you have an orgasm. I can feel it in my head..

To give an example: there was a time I did MOM for pleasure 5-6 times a day. I was thinking: “I’m not ejaculating anyway, so no problem.”. But this wasn’t the case, After 2 days, it was much harder to do a PE workout for me, because it tends to become an addiction. And my erection quality was less.

Of course, to be objective, I had these observations for myself when I was masturbating. Doing this technique with a partner may be different.

But to comment overall, of course it is a great skill, I don’t want to give any misguidence to anyone about that. :)

Note: You can do “edging” much more comfortably when you have this skill, you have the option to stop ejaculation anytime anyway..

If this is what a MOM is, then you can develop this ability by doing kegels, and increasing the number and intensity of the repititions gardually.

I managed to do this after about: 125 x 5 second kegels.. Now I can hold my ejaculations. But I’m not quite sure if this makes me a MOM :p :D

I can do a thousand a day but I don’t regularly do them.
I’m a bit slack :( I guess I should be doing a routine 100 per day just to keep the strength up.

None the less, while I got harder erections from doing them regularly (100 a day) I’ve in no way gained ejaculation control, all these guys who seem to have acheived that are just plain lucky I think :(

I’m doing it almost regulary, everyday since I started PE.

1000 repititions, by how much seconds? I would advise to be precise about that: each repitition 5 seconds, for example. I do it this way.

If you start with 50 x 5 sec. , increase gradually. Next week: 60 x 5 for example.

Whenever you are on bus, car, etc. make it a habit to do kegels. These are perfect times.

I’m sure you can gain the ability, if you stick to it.
