Well I’m not really a newb at this point.. But after 3 months of no gains I think I figured PART of this whole thing out. I seem to get better flaccid hangs the next day by doing jelqs much lighter, and pretty much flaccid. So I think I’m starting to do it right.

What I do is start jelqing totally flaccid, and then kegel after each stroke.. So I’m really never going above say 30% erection. Hopefully when I go to measure again I will finally have some gains with this technique. I mean seriously a millimeter would be great just to know I’m not wasting my time. The past 3 months I had kind of been experimenting but the high erection levels and hard jelqing did nothing for me.

In case anyone is interested this has been my routine the last 3 months:

5 min hot wrap
5 min light stretches all directions
15 min 3-4 second wet jelqs
5 min hot wrap

Every other day.

Piratetime, look up o-bends, they’re similar what springer is talking about. They are called so cause mrorrange made them. He was having no gains from jelqing for a few months and then he did these and i think he’s gotten the most gains i’ve ever heard of, he’s a bit of a legend. Type “my girlfriend said those lovely words” into a search and look for a page written by mrorrange. I had quite good gains from them myself but am on a break because of nerve damage from jelqing. I think the way it works is you have to do a few months of jelqing and then a few of o-bends then a few of jelqing and a few of o-bends, and so on to make it work.

Whats your personal health like? Don’t smoke! And I look like I did when I was 15 if I don’t take 2-3 days off, when I do I can see some improvements. Give your member a break.

My health is good, I eat decent and workout and am in good shape.. Don’t smoke. I’ve tried 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off and now I’m at 3 on 1 off.. Just trying to figure out what works for me.

When I do my clamping for 2 days after I have an erection that’s about 70-65% of what my full hard ons are. It’s kind of upsetting, but I cope when I don’t do it for a couple days it’s lots of fun. It’s just like working out, lifting weights. You tear your muscles then you can’t max out and before any competition, sex, your going to take 2-3 days off to get into prime shape and recover.
