Low EQ
Recently I have discovered that the reason I haven’t had any gains in these past two months, is due to my low EQ. I read this thing in a thread which stated, that without good EQ you won’t get any gains whatsoever.
So I decided to take a break for two weeks (maybe even three weeks if it is necessary).
The question is; how should I proceed with my jelqing routine, should I start again with newbie jelqing routine or should I continue with my old routine (5 warmup, 15 min stretch, 25 jelq)?
How should I proceed?
