Recently I have discovered that the reason I haven’t had any gains in these past two months, is due to my low EQ. I read this thing in a thread which stated, that without good EQ you won’t get any gains whatsoever.

So I decided to take a break for two weeks (maybe even three weeks if it is necessary).

The question is; how should I proceed with my jelqing routine, should I start again with newbie jelqing routine or should I continue with my old routine (5 warmup, 15 min stretch, 25 jelq)?

How should I proceed?

Think I’m on the same boat. I just don’t find jelqing arousing, so think I’m missing a lot of possible gains.

I don’t really find jelqing arousing, either. Its weird for me, PERSONALLY, how some can get aroused by it, as the motion of stroking away from the body, in and of itself, doesn’t feel great to me. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t jelq. As long as I am expanding the tissue with fresh blood on each stroke, its a successful jelq. You can always augment with occasional stroking, reverse kegels, or even supplements, if you wanted.

Yeah jelqing is supposed to improve your erection quality IA harder, longer and more frequent boners, but so far my EQ has become only lower. I have been doing jelqing for nearly one year and gaining only 0.5 inch length gain.

Yes I do have a bit of stress in my current situation, financial reasons. I got problems with sleeping, but I sleep enough daily.

I am not sure, but I think my static progress is due to my low EQ, since I apparently need good EQ to get good results. When I am taking this 2-3 week break, I need clarification for how to resume jelqing; should one start with newbie routine or follow the old routine?

A better question would be is that SHOULD I even take the two week break for my low EQ?

Well if it’s clear that you won’t gain, yeah? But I probably wouldn’t totally stop, just do it ever so slightly and take it easy

Few things.

1.Already a year of PE? Time to move over to hanging, or if girth is the only goal, clamping.

2. Start low. Sort of “re-start” the newbie routine but with a tool (hanger or clamp) IE, you only do 3 sets for quite a while, with lower time/weight. With hanging, start around 5 lbs for 15 minute sets. It may be super light, so every week go up by 1-2 lbs if signs are good. I strongly encourage the BIB hanger. I love it.

3. Delete porn, completely. (REALLY trust me)

4.Cut back or completely stop masturbation (trust me.)

Start talking to a girl. That quite seriously will bring something back. (It has in my experience.)

Hey there, iron. Do you edge at all? Basically, masturbate without blowing. I wonder if that would also have a negative effect on EQ, for people with a history of bad EQ.

Uh, another question is clamping or hanging really crucial for getting more gains if you are a “veteran” jelqer?

I find that porn, for the most part, improves erections as well as edging/ballooning.
