Love Missile ready for launch
Like many here in the newbie forum, I’ve been lurking for a while, and have finally gotten around to registering.
I started doing the newbie routine adding a bit here and there about 5 months ago and gotten about 1/4” gain in length and girth.. Not fast gain by any stretch of the imagination! Typically I warm up in the shower in the morning with the hot water jetting onto my junk for 5-10 minutes, 5 minutes of manual stretching and 10-15 minutes of jelqing. After that I have been hanging 5 pounds for 10 minutes and then using an ace for ADS.
Any suggestions where to take my routine from here? Dietary supplements? Pumping? More weight/time? I have promised myself that I’ll get back to being very regular with it in the new year.. December has gotten my schedule may out of whack.. Thanks in advance for any help. I’m just a little frustrated that I haven’t seen more gains. Like many here I’d like to shoot for 8x6 NBP someday.
