I have done several searches and cannot figure out what LOT means.

Can someone please give me a quick explanation. Thanks

I figured out the LOT goes like that:

You pull your dick with the hand to your chin, and kegel hard (PC muscle contraction)

You ll feel a Tugback, means the dick is somehow pulled downwards.

So thats 12 o clock Noon, right ?

Then take the dick down for aiming at 11 o clock, kegel, watch the tugback

And so on and on.

I loose the Tugback when willy is about straight out, so that s 9 o clock (or i didnt understand the whole thing…?)

So you just see when the tugback stops, that s your LOT = Loss Of Tugback

The higher the lot, the tighter the ligaments the easier possible gains from stretching the ligaments

That’s the way I understand it also. The first time though I didn’t realise I was suppose to kegel so I was confused as hell when I kept pulling it up down looking for some sort of tugback. I was like “what the heck?”. LOL.
