I think it was the LOT theory section with the tug backs. Well I tried the different positions but I don’t feel any ‘push’ or tug or whatever. What does that mean?

It means you shouldn’t worry about it.

The LOT theory was never really proven to be effective or worthwhile (Sorry Bib, but its true). Please don’t concern yourself with feeling and or seeing a tug, or not. Concentrate on your jelqs, stretches, warm ups and cool downs.
