Hello all

Maybe I am posting to much but it’s just because I would like to become an expert on the subject. My question for today is about LOT. I was reading the posts about LOT and haven’t understood much. What is Tugback?? There is no translation in any dictionary and the pictures - diagrams don’t show much so to understand. How do I know if I have a High or Low LOT?

Basically it doesn’t matter what your LOT is because the majority of members around here have determined that the LOT theory is not credible.

Additional question..

When stretching, I feel a sweet light pain in a specific angle usually it is at 7:00 - 8:00 clock position instead of 6:00 as the simple manual stretches suggest. Should I keep it like that or follow exactly the directions of the videos?

If it’s a good soreness and not a sharp pain then go for it.

Also, tugback is when you pull your dick out and do a kegel. You’ll notice that your dick will pull back a little bit. But as Funderburke said, not many people pay attention to the LOT theory anymore, myself included.
