How do you calculate LOT and what exactly is it? I’m still confused after reading what it is, also what is a high LOT and a low LOT because I read that the higher the faster your gains durin PE. Thanks.

Isn’t there a famous article by BiB?, the originator of the LOT? I could be wrong but try searching for it. I have to say I found it a bit technical to begin with….need to study it again, sounded pretty valid!

I don’t recognize some of the vocabulary, since I’m not english/american.

But what is really the “tugback”, is that when the head goes back, or the top-base??

And what is meant by “high” hanging/stretching, meaning you should not pull-down stretch?

Tugback is when the head moves back towards the body when a kegel is performed.

Going down, tugback does not occur for me starting at 8 o’clock, so that’s my LOT.
