What I did was lay on my back and stretch my unit out (not to hard, but firm) and start 12:00. What you do is, still holding your unit in the 12:00 position you do a kegel and see if your penis pulls back. If it does then you go to the 11:00 position and repeat until you see little or no pull back. At the position that you see little or no pull back, that is your LOT, if you have a higher LOT then that means two things:
1) You might see very good gains from stretching, your ligs are tight and have lots of room to lengthen.
2) You should concentrate your stretches in the downward area (down to the sides and straight down). you don’t want to never stretch upward but your focus should be down.
If you have a lower LOT that also means two things:
1) The gains you get from stretching might not be that much, your ligs don’t have much room to lengthen.
2) You should concentrate your stretches more in the forward and upward positions. You don’t want to neglect the downward stretches but the emphases should be on the upward angles.
All this stuff does not mean if you have a low LOT you should not do the stretches, I am sure you will find tons of members that say they got good gains with stretches and had a low lot, but that is what the LOT theory figures. You should find out your LOT and just follow the newbie routine. Your LOT can give you a good idea which direction to stretch.
You find your lot when you are flaccid not erect, just make sure you stretch your unit out firmly, then kegel, look for pull back, and there you go!
And just so you know I have not been doing PE for a hundred years (more like two weeks) so if there are any vets out there that see I made a mistake please correct me. thanks
good luck and happy gains!
On a side note I noticed you are from Romania, I dated an immigrant form your beautiful country and I can honestly say she was the nicest, prettiest, and smartest women I have ever been with. After we were separated I always had this love for your country and people. Welcome to the forum.
