LOT question.

Alright, I finally think I understand the LOT theory. But I still have a couple of problems. Say you have a low LOT, between 6:00-7:00, how is that suppose to relate to the gains you can accumulate. I think it means you have potential to gain, but I am still not clear. Also, how do people comprehend gaining over time with their LOT over time?

In your case you have loose/stretched ligs, so theoretically you won’t gain much from stretching the ligs, you need to stretch your tunica (the penis itself).

So I will benefit from things like V-Stretches more than manual stretches, correct? How else can I stretch the penis itself?

Any manual stretch gripping close to your glans will stretch the penis. The higher the angle, the less the ligs are stretched.

I don’t understand. So, if your LOT is between 6 - 7 you should NOT stretch down your penis? Please, someone explain me this as detailed as possible. If you know that you have a low LOT, so will you have to do the same newbie routine? or will you have to do it, but only stretching your tunica?

Technically, your grip should be just below the glans, not squeezing the glans itself.

Rule of thumb for those who PE according to their LOT:
Low LOT (6-9) ——> angles above 9 o’clock.
High Lot (9-12)——> angles below 9 o’clock.

In other words, keep your stretching or hanging “range” between 9-12 o’clock.

Thanks. How can you hang at 12:00?

Over the Shoulder (OTS) is considered a 12 o’clock position.
OTS is done by attaching one end of a long strap to the weight and letting that hang down your back. Then, attach the other end of strap to the hanger on your penis.

and what if your LOT is about 9 o’clock? I’ve also heard that if you have a LOT of 8:30 or even 8 that you can still do downward pulls

Hey guys. I’m new just today, but I have been reading for about 4 hours now. Mostly I’ve been reading about the LOT topic. Like was stated earlier, it isn’t an exact science. It will vary per person as your body dictates, or as your personal preferrence dictates.

Obviously if you have a LOT any higher than 9 o’clock you want to concentrate on stretching out those ligs. Which means keeping the stretching angles low (6-9 o’clock).

Now the grey area (or personal preferrence area) comes from 9ish down to about 7:30. While yes, you can do lower angle stretches, and yes, you can see results from them (even as low as 6:30 there will be SOME sort of results), the question you have to ask yourself is, is it worth the time spent to stretch at a lower angle to get gains that will be minimal at best?

It’s all a balancing act of stretching both the ligs and the tunica. If it were me, at the higher LOT I would focus solely on the ligs until my LOT dropped to about 8:30 or so. Then what you can do is start consentrating on the tunica to raise your LOT a bit. Then go back to the ligs. Keep that process up until your have exhausted your full potential (or it starts dragging on the ground as you walk….LOL) Keep in mind though that raising you LOT is not an easy task and will take some time as the tunica is much more difficult to stretch than the ligs.

Hope this helps somebody. If I am totally off-base Bigger let me know. But I think I was on the same wave length as you through that whole thread.

Hello Rubb, you can absolutely stretch at low angles with a low LOT. I appraoach Bib’s LOT theory as a guide for future potential gains, and it has given me a better understanding of my own body. But I still prefer to hang at low angles despite my low LOT. I believe I have a lot of lig-lengthening potential and Bib has said himself that eventually the Tunica will take the load when the ligs are maxed out. So, don’t worry, it’s never a complete waste of time to stretch at low angles with a low LOT.

When Bib was here and guys asked him what to do with their low LOTS, he would tell them to first hang Between The Cheeks (BTC) or Straight Down (SD) until they had exhausted all their lig potential, even if they had 7 o’clock LOTs.

So if you have a LOT around 630-7, what stretches are best, if any? If there are no stretches that will help, what do you do for length?
