I read some lot threads but come away confused. I tested my lot and when standing I feel good tugback straight up and straight out. I feel alot less when i am straight down.
Can someone tell me what this means for my PE?

Very little.
Try starting from the top and gradually moving down. When do you lose the (visual) tugback?
