LOT Question

Following the lot theory I think my lot is about 10:30. I’m not sure if that # is totally accurate but I did the best I could I guess. Knowing that number what would be the best stretches for me to do? I am about 2-3 weeks into PE is it too early to start tunica stretches? If not which should I do to optimise my length gains? Any help is appreciated

If you have found your LOT to be accurate - 10:30 - then you have no problems at all for gaining length! Those with high LOTs gain length much more easier than someone with a low LOT. You should be ok with just the newbie routine of normal stretches.

So the theory goes. There are little to no statistics on LOT versus gain potential. LOT Theory is just an idea that has not been confirmed.

Regerer, I suggest you stick the newbie routine. Stretch with low to moderate force in all directions and jelq. Work your way up from there.

You are indeed very right:) . Afterall, LOT theory is just that, a ‘theory’. All the time I’ve spent lurking here at Thunder’s, I’ve come across so many threads regarding LOT theory, especially BIB’s LOT theory. I also found that a large majority of well experienced PE’ers have always stated to newbies to forget about LOT theory & just take up the newbie routine.

I started out with a low LOT, after 3 months of the newbie routine I’ve manage to increase my LOT to 9-9:30.
