LOT loss of tug does It mean anything?

LOT loss of tug does It mean anything?

I have tried hanging etc for many many months with no results, maybe my fault as been doing things wrong. I had been hanging at 6 o clock, I only figured out my LOT is at 6 o clock so going by the old theory, I should really be hanging at 12 o’clock , over the shoulder.

Is this theory aload of rubbish? As hanging at 12 o’clock targets the tunica and not the ligaments- which I want to target first

LOT has been disproven for some time now. Some still use it but it doesn’t really follow the anatomy of the penis well enough and correlate to gains later enough to be a verifiable theory.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Your gains will stall if you don’t vary your positions at least every 4 cumulative hours of hanging time. This is common theory. Continuous use of the same position will cause toughening of the ligaments and tissues. This will create a long-term stall in gains. So if you’ve been using the same position for six continuous months you were scheduled to get nowhere.

Ok thanks I’ve looked through that hanging 101, I see it does say change angle every 4 hours of hanging, but how long do I go at a different angle for? I would have to keep hanging at 6 o’clock still, surely to stop my ligaments from having a rest

You change, every 4 hours or so I read it. Simple as that. If you have hung for months at the same angle I doubt you’ll see gains without a long break and varying your angle in the future.
