LOT and Newbie routine
Do you measure LOT with the total loss of head tugback? Because at 7:00 I see very little movement just on the base; if so my LOT is at 6:00. What does this mean? Am I cursed by the gods?
What kind of exercise is recommended for maximum gain, and with my LOT, ideally, how long should I see results? I’ve tried typing the keywords “LOT 6:00” and nothing appeared! I just read all the newbie member info, and some of the threads, haven’t started with any PE yet at all, and it seem that everyone has at least a LOT at 9:00??
