I’m not sure if there’s a topic out there, I’ve searched so if so, just link me.

I’m wondering if there’s any sort of compiled list of people’s LOTs and their gains in the past months. Only reason I ask is I’m seeing some pretty awesome gains (I’d definitely enjoy one inch in even half a year), but I’m wondering what everyone’s LOT is. Mine’s really low, probably around 7:30 or 7, and that’s definitely a killjoy. Anyone else with a low LOT see significant gains?


Starting: 05.24.05 - BPEL: 5.50" EG: 4.75" FL: 3.00" FG: 3.50" Current: 09.14.05 - BPEL: 6.00" EG: 4.00" Wtf, my length went up and my girth went down? I think I measured wrong the first time. Goals: 6 months 11.24.05 - BPEL: 6.50" EG: 6.00" FL: 4.00" FG: 4.50" 12 months 05.24.06 - BPEL: 7.50" EG: 6.50" FL: 5.00" FG: 5.50" I can dream, right?

As far as a compiled list of LOTs and gains, I don’t know if there is one yet. I wouldn’t worry about your LOT too much. Just focus on what has been working for you.

I have been having trouble determining lot. I don’t think I ever have any tugback, but at 12 and 11 (up high) there is a flexing at the base. At lower angles there is absolutely nothing. So that means with the flexing at around 11 and 12 that I have a high lot, right? (Am uncut and I pulkled the skinback when determining.. Still only ot the flexing)

Do the newbie routine for 3 months and then ask the same question again. :)

Don’t worry about your LOT at this stage of the game. Learning how to do the exercises correctly and sticking to a schedule should be your main concern now.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
