I’ve exhausted all newbie gains. I started a routine a few months ago and I seemed to be gaining again. But my EQ was shit so I took a decon break. Since being off the break I lost about 1/4”. I resumed the routine about a month ago and I don’t get the same kind of hang that I got off it. And I’m not gaining anything back. The routine is:
Warmup: 5-10mins Jelqing: 15mins 70-90% 10-15mins 10-20% erection levels Quick cooldown: 2 mins Stretching: 12-20mins assited A-stretches. 8-10 mins regular stretches. All stretches with fairly hard force. Warmdown: 5-10mins
Is there anything wrong with this routine? What about alternating erection levels for jelqing? I have a lot of time right now but it will be cut significantly in the fall. Can I be doing a longer stretching routine? Any advice on an advanced routine would be appreciated.
