So I know you’re supposed to “cement” your gains by continuing to do the workouts. But I read a post where a guy states that the gains were actually just a result of a swollen penis, and that once the work outs stopped, the penis would return to normal. Thoughts?

Also, has anyone had permanent gains after stopping?

I’ve gained 3/4 ” in EG and 1 1/2 ” in BPEL and have kept virtually all of those gains with a very minimal maintenance routine. It’s so casual, in fact, that I couldn’t realistically call it a routine.

I hardly think that could be attributed to a “swollen penis”. I’m sure many of the other guys here have had similar experiences.

I haven’t done any significant PE in nearly a decade. I did lose some of my gains. I lost all of my girth gains and all but 1/2” or so of my length gains. I went from a relatively intense routine to stopping PE almost suddenly with occasional “maintenance” sessions, to no PE at all. I am also 30-40 pounds heavier and not as healthy as I was back then, so erection quality may be somewhat a factor.

If I had been more diligent with cementing, and/or at least kept up a minimal stretching routing a couple days a week, I probably would have retained more of my gains.

As long as you get several fully hard erections a week, you should not lose gains, or only minimally. If you do one jelqing session a week, and have regular full erections, you should pretty much keep all your gains.

The ‘swollen penis’ thing is pure rubbish.

In other words, what you are saying is that if you are not able to get several full hard erections/week you won’t see any gains?

It is a lot of work to get a full hard erection!

No, I’m not saying you won’t get any gains, I’m saying that if you are taking a break from PE, you should not lose much if you are still taking your penis to it’s max size on a regular basis.

Haven’t lost my gains and I stopped cold turkey around May. I think if you can maintain excellent EQ your gains won’t deminish.
